Health and Safety
The ICOMM Health and Safety policy
statement establishes the company
organisation for health, safety and
welfare, overall policy objectives and
the responsibilities of key personnel.
This document also establishes
the organisation and arrangements
for each department within the
company in order to meet the
company's health and safety
obligations and comply with all
statutory obligations—including
the Health and Safety at Work Act
1974, The Management of Health
and Safety at Work Regulations 1993
and The Construction, Design and
Management (CDM) Regulations
1994.
A key aspect of ICOMM's dedication
to high levels of customer service and
satisfaction is the company's strict
adherence to its health and safety
statement.
This formalised set of procedures
ensures that every ICOMM employee
fully understands their responsibility
for health and safety for both their
colleagues at Icomm and customers'
staff onsite.
It also ensures performance standards
and embraces thorough risk control
and management.
Of equal importance to the
existence of rigorous health and
safety standards, is their regular review
against achieved performance.
This review process is carried out at
regular intervals and where necessary
changes are made to the existing
systems and new ones implemented.
System changes also incorporate the
appropriate additional training for
managers, supervisors and other
employees.
