IP Soft Phone, this is available for PDA or PC. This allows users

their hard phone and use their PC or PDA for voice calls all at
a click of a mouse. Soft Phone allows your home workers
such as sales persons to take their telephone extension with them,
receiving or making calls just like being in the office.
With the advent of Broadband and Public hotspots becoming more
commonly installed this will only increase the use of true remote
desktop connectivity for your remote users.
