Webster Interactive Whiteboards

The Webster™ Touch Sensitive (TS) Series of interactive whiteboards is simple to use, yet offers outstanding functionality as dry erase, active, or interactive whiteboards. When connected to a PC or Mac, the proprietary, touch-sensitive screen instantly captures everything written or drawn on its surface. No special pens are necessary – the system uses standard, dry erase markers.

Touching one button saves notes to a computer to easily print, e-mail, fax, or upload to the Web. Webster TS products transform classrooms and meetings into more productive environments by allowing participants to listen and collaborate, without the requirement of taking notes.

The icon strip located on the board and a four-point calibration process enable easy setup and operation. With the addition of an LCD projector, Webster TS whiteboards become interactive screens, enabling users to control a multitude of computer applications from the board. When used in conjunction with teleconferencing products, it is possible to create real-time broadcasts of whiteboard displays to remote participants. Ideal for classrooms and business education environments, Webster TS Series products provide economical, interactive visual communication solutions.

Plasma and LCD Screens

Icomm install and supply a variety of manufacturers for single or multiple applications for both public and multimedia environments. Both plasma and LCD style of screens offer high quality images but manufacturers are changing their designs more towards the LCD arena. These screens do offer advantages over Plasma’s but at this stage they are only available in 40” but there are plans for 50” LCD in 2004.

A wide range of projectors can be supplied and installed either ceiling mount or rear projection. We have supplied and installed to the education & public sector.

We can other design and install of products that distribute Audio & Video over structured wiring systems. This has been offered to compliment our cabling and Display installation. Icomm can distribute single or multiple devices using this technology.
